The website of SIDLER Information Security GmbH (hereinafter referred to as SIS) is fundamentally subject to Swiss data protection law, in particular the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DSG). We offer you the opportunity to contact us with questions of any kind using a form provided on the website. It is necessary to enter your valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

6. social media plugins

We use social plugins of the social networks LinkedIn, Xing and YouTube on our website to make our company better known. The responsibility for data protection compliant operation is to be ensured by their respective providers. The integration of these plugins by us takes place by way of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible:

a) LinkedIn

We use components of the LinkedIn network on our website. LinkedIn is a service of LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 StierlinCourt, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. With each individual call-up of our website that is equipped with such a component, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the component from LinkedIn.

This process informs LinkedIn which specific page of our website is currently being visited. If you click the LinkedIn "Recommend Button" while logged into your LinkedIn account, you can link the content of our pages on your LinkedIn profile. This enables LinkedIn to associate the visit to our pages with your LinkedIn user account.

We have no influence on the data that LinkedIn collects through this, nor on the scope of this data collected by LinkedIn. b) YouTube

So-called social plugins ("plugins") from YouTube are integrated on our website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips free of charge and other users to view, rate and comment on them, also free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programs, but also music videos, trailers or videos made by users themselves can be accessed via the Internet portal.

YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.By each call of one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically caused by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube.
